He was a spokesperson for BC Proud and has worked for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation where he became the Executive Director of the Generation Screwed initiative. In 2021, his candidacy for the BC Liberal leadership was red-lit (disallowed) by the BC Liberal Leadership Election Organizing Committee.
